SideStep is a one-time purchase: $99 for a 365-day Job Search Pass. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own, so there is never a surprise charge to undo.
All sales are final, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. Our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, is the seller of record and honors those legal rights (for example, certain cooling-off rights in the EU and UK).
If something is broken and we can't fix it, email hello@getsidestep.com within 14 days of purchase. We'd rather make it right than argue.
Refund requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
